Abstract
A re-imagined public space takes risks and provides meaningful programs to explore a third place that is inclusive, provides community interaction, and allows patrons to explore their creativity against the backdrop of sustainable design. The exploration of libraries and museums is a delicate balance that allows diversity to thrive which can also challenge institutional norms.
