Abstract

This is the exploration to bring Ancient Roman Bathing cycles to our modern world. The practice was used in ancient Rome for cleanliness but also for socializing, exercising, and detoxing. Our society has grown so far from ancient practices that were used for centuries to heal people and it is time to bring them back.
