Robert Kevin Ryan, a member of Congressman John Joseph Moakley’s congressional staff from 1983 through 2001, discusses his career on the House Subcommittee on Rules staff, on the full House Rules Committee staff, and as acting chief of staff for Congressman Moakley’s congressional office.
