Abstract

This article examines from a scientific perspective the key overlooked chemical that is accelerating, to an unprecedented extent, international climate change, and which has been improperly and inaccurately evaluated by all of the international agencies involved with climate law. The article then examines legal mechanisms to correct the errors made by the international agencies, and recommends how to switch legal/regulatory course to achieve effective rapid applications in international developed and developing countries.
